We are seeking an experienced Captain and Sole Chef couple to join a charter motor yacht cruising throughout the Bahamas and British Virgin Islands. This is an excellent opportunity for an established couple looking to work together onboard a professionally run vessel with an active charter programme.
The Captain will be responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the yacht, including navigation, crew management, safety, maintenance, and guest relations. The Sole Chef will be responsible for all culinary operations onboard, preparing high-quality cuisine for the owners, guests, and crew while managing all aspects of the galley.
We are looking for a well-established couple who work seamlessly together while maintaining a professional approach onboard. Both candidates should be confident, personable, adaptable, and guest-focused, with the ability to contribute positively to an active charter programme.

Captain Salary: USD 16,000 per month, DOE
