We are seeking an experienced Captain to join a professionally run motor yacht, with the position forming part of a Captain and Chief Stewardess couple. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced Captain looking to join a well-established programme and work alongside their partner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, crew management, safety, maintenance, and liaison with the owners and guests. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional approach, and the ability to create a positive onboard environment.
Start Date: Mid-September 2026
Salary: EUR 12,000 per month
Leave Package: 60 days
