We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Chief Stewardess to join an 80m dual-season charter motor yacht. The successful candidate will have proven experience leading a large interior team and be confident maintaining exceptional standards across service, housekeeping, laundry and overall interior presentation within a demanding charter environment.
This is a senior leadership position requiring someone who can take full ownership of the interior department, lead and develop the team, manage schedules and rotations, and ensure systems and procedures are running efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining consistently high guest standards while overseeing interior administration, provisioning, inventories, budgets, guest preferences and the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
We are looking for a calm, professional and approachable leader who leads from the front and creates a positive, well-structured working environment. Strong communication and delegation skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate requirements well ahead of a busy programme. The ideal candidate will be team-focused, solutions-driven and comfortable operating at the high standards expected onboard an 80m charter yacht.
