We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Chief Stewardess to join an exciting 40m private new-build motor yacht currently under construction in Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenges of a new build and is confident taking full ownership of the interior department from the initial setup through to delivery. The yacht is owned by a family embarking on their first yachting experience, and the successful candidate will play an important role in establishing exceptional standards and creating a welcoming, luxurious environment for the owners and their guests.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Captain, owners, interior designers, shipyard and suppliers to oversee the complete interior setup. Responsibilities will include procurement, inventories, provisioning, budgeting, establishing SOPs, implementing service and housekeeping standards, and recruiting and training the interior team. We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills who can confidently manage supplier orders, coordinate deliveries and ensure the interior is fully operational ahead of the yacht's inaugural Mediterranean season. Previous new-build, major refit or full interior setup experience would be highly advantageous.
Start Date: Approx. 15 November
Salary: €7,000
Leave Package: 60 days annually
