We are looking for an experienced, confident and highly organised Chief Stewardess to join a private sailing yacht. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Chief Stewardess position onboard a similar-sized sailing yacht and be comfortable taking full responsibility for the smooth running of the interior department. A strong understanding of the unique demands of sailing yachts is essential, along with excellent service standards, attention to detail and the ability to lead by example.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the interior, including guest service, housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, inventories and interior administration. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and able to maintain high standards while creating a positive and supportive working environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure are essential.
The ideal candidate will be kind, confident and have a strong character, with a natural ability to lead while remaining approachable and supportive of the team. A good sense of humour, positive attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally will be highly valued. We are looking for someone who will integrate well into an established crew and bring both professionalism and warmth to the position.

Leave Package: 60 days per annum
