We are looking for a highly experienced, exceptionally organised and well-established Chief Stewardess to join a 60m Motor Yacht.
This position requires a proven Chief Stewardess who is confident taking full ownership of the interior department and has the organisational ability to ensure every aspect of the department is structured, planned and running efficiently. The successful candidate must be extremely organised, forward-thinking and meticulous, with strong systems and procedures in place and the ability to remain several steps ahead of a busy programme.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the interior, including crew management, training and development, inventories, provisioning, purchasing, budgets, guest preferences, uniform management, schedules, SOPs and overall interior organisation.
We are looking for someone who leads by example and can create a positive, professional and well-structured working environment for the interior team. Strong communication and delegation skills are essential, alongside the ability to maintain exceptionally high standards without micromanaging.
Start Date: Approx. 25th October
Salary: $6,500
Leave: 10:10 rotation
