We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and energetic Chief Stewardess to join a 60m dual-season charter motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have strong charter experience and be confident leading a high-performing interior team while maintaining exceptional standards of service, housekeeping, presentation and guest experience throughout a busy programme.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can take full ownership of the interior department, lead from the front and remain several steps ahead of the programme. Responsibilities will include interior crew management and training, schedules, guest preferences, provisioning, inventories, purchasing, accounts, budgets and SOPs, while ensuring the department remains organised and charter-ready at all times.
We are looking for a Chief Stewardess who is positive, approachable and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and delegation skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced charter environment, remain calm under pressure and create a professional yet enjoyable atmosphere for the interior team.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: DOE
Leave Package: 120 days per annum
