We are looking for a New Build Chief Stewardess to join for the final 4/5 months of the build from ideally the start of February 2027 and set up the interior ready for delivery in May/June 2027.
Stay on board full time for the first season, probably end at the Monaco Yacht Show.
So, approximately the first 8 months will require the candidate to be the sole Chief Stewardess. We know that's a big commitment, and we want to make it work for the right person, when possible, the vessel will endeavour to give time off.
They will also play a central role in building the department. That includes choosing their rotational counterpart and recruiting the interior team. For someone who wants to shape a programme from the start, this is an opportunity.
What we're looking for:
- Maturity and a calm, steady approach.
- A high level of professionalism - zero drama.
- Solid Chief Stew experience on large yachts, including charter. New build or refit experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong organisation and planning skills for the set-up: inventory, procurement, service standards, and systems.
- Experience recruiting and leading a team.
- Valid required certificates
- European passport or EU residency
- True no smoking/vaping.
- No visible tattoos.
- It will be a dry boat.
Terms:
- Build period to handover €9000 p/m plus accommodation near the yard in Monnickendam.
- From delivery: a rotational 10/10 week Seafarer Employment Agreement at €7,000 per month.
- Any additional time worked beyond the rotation during the first season will be dwelt with as per MLC and their SEA.
