We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m charter motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have strong charter experience, genuinely enjoy being guest-facing and be confident leading a high-level interior while maintaining exceptional standards of service, housekeeping, presentation and organisation throughout busy charters and owner trips.
This is a hands-on leadership position, and the successful candidate will be expected to lead from the front, support and develop the interior team and take ownership of the department. Responsibilities include guest itineraries, provisioning, accounts, interior administration and implementing strong interior procedures and systems. Good systems are already in place, but the Captain is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, continue improving the department and put their own stamp on the interior.
Attitude and crew fit are extremely important. We are looking for someone positive, organised and professional who thrives in a fast-paced charter environment while maintaining a calm and happy atmosphere for both guests and crew. The yacht has a close-knit, family-style crew culture, so the right candidate should be a strong leader while remaining approachable, team-oriented and willing to get stuck in alongside their interior team.
