We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking Crew Chef to join an 85m private/charter motor yacht on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous superyacht experience and be confident producing healthy, varied and consistently high-quality meals for a large professional crew. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, enjoys experimenting with different cuisines and takes genuine pride in keeping the crew well fed and happy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily crew meals, menu planning, provisioning, stock control and maintaining excellent galley hygiene standards. We are looking for someone who can deliver a good variety of nutritious, flavourful meals with generous portions, while accommodating dietary requirements and maintaining an organised and efficient galley. Previous experience catering for larger crew numbers would be highly advantageous.
