We are seeking an experienced Deck / Engineer to join a 34m private explorer yacht based in Southern Cyprus, cruising throughout Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small, close-knit crew of four, where teamwork, versatility, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
This is a dual-role position consisting of approximately 40% engineering and 60% deck responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the vessel's engineering systems while also taking an active role in all deck operations, including maintenance, wash downs, mooring operations, and general seamanship. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of both departments while working closely with the rest of the crew.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5–6 years' yachting experience, or at least 7–8 Mediterranean/Caribbean seasons, with proven longevity and strong practical engineering and deck skills. The ideal candidate will integrate seamlessly into a fit, professional, and supportive crew environment.

Salary: USD 5,000–6,000, DOE
