We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic Deckhand to join a 60m Private/Charter Motor Yacht based in Florida. The ideal candidate will have previous superyacht experience, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for developing their skills within the deck department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career, with a strong training package on offer and the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a private and charter programme.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of deck operations, exterior maintenance, washdowns, detailing, mooring operations, tender handling and watersports activities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes pride in maintaining high standards and is comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment. Previous tender driving experience and confidence around guests would be advantageous.
