We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and enthusiastic Stewardess to join an established interior team in the Caribbean from 1st December. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the yachting industry, with strong hands-on experience and the confidence to work across all areas of the interior. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, maintain consistently high standards and bring a positive, proactive attitude to the team.
This is a true all-rounder position, and the successful candidate must be happy to rotate between service, housekeeping and laundry as required. Strong practical experience is highly valued, and we would be happy to consider someone with excellent hands-on interior skills over a candidate with numerous additional qualifications. Extra skills such as barista, mixology, floristry or other guest service specialities would certainly be a bonus but are not essential.
