We are seeking an experienced Purser to join a dual-season private and charter motor yacht. The successful candidate will have previous Purser experience or a strong administrative background, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, confident with spreadsheets and accounting, and enjoys the administrative side of yacht operations. Responsibilities will include payroll, invoice processing using Voly, general administration, crew travel and logistics, crew immigration, and managing shipyard expenditure and accounting. The vessel will spend the upcoming winter in a European shipyard (location to be confirmed), making previous shipyard administration experience advantageous.
Personality is just as important as experience. The yacht has an excellent onboard culture with two supportive Captains and a fantastic crew, so we are looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and will integrate well into a positive and professional team.
Start Date: Beginning of September
Salary: USD 7,150 per month
Rotation: 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off
Flights: Three return flights per year
