We are looking for an experienced and personable Second Engineer / AVIT to join a busy private/charter motor yacht with a dual-season programme
The ideal candidate will be a strong and established Second Engineer who has held the position for a good period of time on previous vessels and is confident taking responsibility within the engineering department. Strong AVIT knowledge is required alongside solid general engineering experience.
This is a tight-knit crew, so personality and crew interaction are extremely important. We are looking for someone who is approachable, professional and enjoys being part of the wider crew rather than remaining solely within the engineering department.
The successful candidate must also be comfortable in a guest-facing environment and ideally have previous experience interacting directly with Owners and charter guests.
The vessel already has charters booked for the upcoming season, so candidates should be comfortable working within a busy guest programme.
Programme: Private / Charter – Dual Season (Med/Carribean)

Handover: 3-day handover
Salary: USD – DOE (Industry Standard)
Leave: Rotational

Visa: B1/B2 Essential
AVIT: Strong AVIT skills required
