We are looking for an experienced and confident Second Stewardess to join a busy 60m charter motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have previous charter experience, strong all-round interior knowledge and the ability to hit the ground running.
Working closely with the Chief Stewardess, you will assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the interior and help lead the team through busy guest periods. The successful candidate should be confident across service, housekeeping and laundry, with particularly strong guest-facing and service skills. You will also assist with interior organisation, schedules, inventories, provisioning and the training and development of junior crew.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with the confidence to step up and take responsibility when required. Personality and crew fit are important – you should bring positive energy to the team, lead by example and understand the flexibility, attention to detail and work ethic required onboard a busy charter yacht.

Salary: DOE
Leave Package: 60 days per annum
