We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and passionate Senior Housekeeping Stewardess to join an established interior team onboard a busy private/charter motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years of superyacht experience, ideally having worked as a Second Stewardess on a busy 60–75m yacht or as a Lead Housekeeper on a larger vessel for at least two years. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership potential who is looking to progress into a Head of Housekeeping position within the next 12–18 months.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Housekeeping, taking responsibility for maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards, overseeing daily operations, managing inventories, uniform management, crew cabin arrangements and training junior stewardesses. You must be confident leading the housekeeping team independently when the Head of Housekeeping is unavailable, ensuring all guest and crew areas are maintained to the highest standards. Strong administrative skills, excellent time management and a thorough understanding of luxury fabrics, wardrobe management and interior care are essential. This is a dedicated housekeeping position, with no service responsibilities, although basic service knowledge would be advantageous.
