We are looking for an experienced, polished and professional Senior Service Stewardess to join a prestigious 70m+ private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have 3–3.5+ years of superyacht experience, proven longevity and excellent guest-facing service skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established interior team of nine, offering excellent crew welfare, training opportunities and a generous rotational package.
The successful candidate will be a strong interior all-rounder with exceptional Silver Service skills, confident across formal service, beverages, housekeeping and laundry. Acting as a 'mini Second Stewardess', they must be capable of overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations when required, while assisting with junior crew training, uniform management, guest setups and interior administration.
We are looking for someone mature, kind, confident and highly organised, with a calm, discreet and professional approach. The ideal candidate will be proactive, comfortable working independently, happy to follow established SOPs and confident interacting with guests. A positive attitude, natural leadership ability and a genuine desire for longevity are essential.
Start Date: January 2027
Salary: €4,000 - €4,500, DOE
