We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a 34m high-quality Italian-built motor yacht operating a dual-season private and charter programme. The vessel is currently based in Europe and is American-owned.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional cuisine for owners, guests, and crew while managing all aspects of the galley to the highest standards. This role requires a creative, organised, and adaptable chef who is confident catering in both private and charter environments, with the ability to produce a wide range of high-end cuisine while accommodating varying dietary requirements and guest preferences.
Applicants must have previous yachting experience with proven longevity in their roles, as well as excellent provisioning and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, thrive under pressure during busy charter periods, and consistently maintain exceptional hygiene and food safety standards. They should be able to integrate seamlessly with a fit, fun, and outgoing crew while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Candidates must be strict non-smokers and willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing as part of the recruitment process. Proven references and background checks will also be required.

Salary: €8,000.00
Leave: Standard MLC, to turn rotation by the end of summer
