We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a charter motor yacht cruising throughout the Bahamas and British Virgin Islands. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and creative chef to join a professionally run vessel as part of an established Captain and Sole Chef couple.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all culinary operations onboard, preparing high-quality cuisine for charter guests and crew while managing all aspects of the galley. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, highly organised, and adaptable to the demands of an active charter programme. Strong provisioning, menu planning, and the ability to cater to a variety of guest preferences and dietary requirements are essential.
The Sole Chef will work closely with the Captain, who will join as part of the established couple. A strong team dynamic, excellent communication, and a positive attitude are essential to the role.

Salary: USD 8,000 per month, DOE
