We are seeking an experienced Sole Male Head Chef to join a busy 60m private/charter motor yacht, taking full responsibility for delivering an exceptional onboard culinary experience. This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented, creative chef who is passionate about producing high-end cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of galley management, organisation, and food safety.
The ideal candidate will have Michelin or high-end restaurant experience, along with a minimum of two years' experience as a yacht chef on charter vessels. You will be confident catering to a wide variety of guest preferences, creating exciting, on-trend menus, and accommodating all dietary requirements while consistently delivering an exceptional standard of service.
Joining a close-knit and highly experienced crew, you'll become part of a successful charter programme with an extensive booking schedule throughout the Mediterranean season and well into next year.
