We are seeking a Male or Female Sous Chef for a 73m BUSY private/Charter Vessel.
The vessel will be doing a yard period in Spain, Valencia then heading over to the Caribbean for the upcoming charter season.
The vessel is dual season with 5 weeks of charter already booked for the Caribbean Season with more expected. The vessel is very fast paced so the right candidate needs proven longevity and be able to handle a busy and face paced Galley. The Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef.
Salary: €4500 - €5000 + great charter tips
Start Date: 10 - 15 October 2026
Standard Leave package: The vessel will give unpaid leave if need be when the vessel is not busy.
