This position requires a proven Chief Stewardess who is confident taking full ownership of the interior department and has the organisational ability to ensure every aspect of the department is structured, planned and running efficiently. The successful candidate must be extremely organised, forward-thinking and meticulous, with strong systems and procedures in place and the ability to remain several steps ahead of a busy programme.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the interior, including crew management, training and development, inventories, provisioning, purchasing, budgets, guest preferences, uniform management, schedules, SOPs and overall interior organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a strong and established Second Engineer who has held the position for a good period of time on previous vessels and is confident taking responsibility within the engineering department. Strong AVIT knowledge is required alongside solid general engineering experience.

This is a tight-knit crew, so personality and crew interaction are extremely important. We are looking for someone who is approachable, professional and enjoys being part of the wider crew rather than remaining solely within the engineering department.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Stewardess / Masseuse to join a busy superyacht programme. This is a dual-role position requiring someone who is equally comfortable carrying out general interior duties while providing a high standard of professional massage treatments for guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous yacht experience, strong interior skills and a recognised massage qualification. You must be confident working within a fast-paced environment and happy to rotate between massage treatments, service, housekeeping and other interior responsibilities as required.
