Stay on board full time for the first season, probably end at the Monaco Yacht Show.

So, approximately the first 8 months will require the candidate to be the sole Chief Stewardess. We know that's a big commitment, and we want to make it work for the right person, when possible, the vessel will endeavour to give time off.

They will also play a central role in building the department. That includes choosing their rotational counterpart and recruiting the interior team. For someone who wants to shape a programme from the start, this is an opportunity.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Housekeeping, taking responsibility for maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards, overseeing daily operations, managing inventories, uniform management, crew cabin arrangements and training junior stewardesses. You must be confident leading the housekeeping team independently when the Head of Housekeeping is unavailable, ensuring all guest and crew areas are maintained to the highest standards. Strong administrative skills, excellent time management and a thorough understanding of luxury fabrics, wardrobe management and interior care are essential. This is a dedicated housekeeping position, with no service responsibilities, although basic service knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities include guest itineraries, provisioning, accounts, interior administration and implementing strong interior procedures and systems. Good systems are already in place, but the Captain is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, continue improving the department and put their own stamp on the interior.

You will work alongside the existing rotational Chief Engineer, establishing a strong and reliable long-term partnership. The yacht has recently completed an extensive Alaskan season and is preparing for a busy yard period in Washington State, followed by cruising in Central America and Alaska for Summer 2027. We are looking for someone who is proactive, technically capable and confident taking ownership of the department within a fast-paced charter environment.

Acting as a 'mini Second Stewardess', they must be capable of overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations when required, while assisting with junior crew training, uniform management, guest setups and interior administration.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Captain, owners, interior designers, shipyard and suppliers to oversee the complete interior setup. Responsibilities will include procurement, inventories, provisioning, budgeting, establishing SOPs, implementing service and housekeeping standards, and recruiting and training the interior team. We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills who can confidently manage supplier orders, coordinate deliveries and ensure the interior is fully operational ahead of the yacht's inaugural Mediterranean season. Previous new-build, major refit or full interior setup experience would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of deck operations, exterior maintenance, washdowns, detailing, mooring operations, tender handling and watersports activities. Previous tender driving experience and confidence around guests would be advantageous.

When guests are off, you will work alongside the Crew Chef and take ownership of the galley in the Head Chef's absence. You will be responsible for creating healthy, balanced and varied crew menus that people genuinely look forward to, alongside menu planning, provisioning, galley organisation, hygiene and record keeping. When guests are onboard, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef on guest menus. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Spa Stewardess who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing a high standard of spa and wellness treatments onboard.

The successful candidate must be a qualified Massage Therapist, with experience providing a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation and sports massage. Additional qualifications and experience in other spa treatments, such as facials, manicures, pedicures or other wellness services, would be highly advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, has excellent guest interaction skills and can provide a discreet, personalised and luxurious spa experience for owners and charter guests.

Alongside spa responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to assist the interior team with housekeeping, laundry and Service when required.

An important requirement is that candidates must genuinely like cats and have no cat allergies, as the crew are responsible for caring for the cats onboard.
